It was a pleasure working with Tom and the Violet Frog team. In addition to mold remediation, Tom specializes in leak detection and was very responsive and willing to answer my many questions thought the process. Used them on a smaller issue in one place and now using them again for another larger issue at a different location. Both times the team has been able to come out quickly and do initial tests. The turn around from the lab for the mold and toxin tests is about 2 days which provides you with a pretty good picture of the situation very quickly. On the first job they were also able to scheduled the remediation almost immediately after the lab tests came back and I imagine this will also be true for the second job.

His crew was incredibly efficient and left the house cleaner than the way they found it! If there were to be a silver lining to the mess of a home buying situation we found ourselves in it would be finding these guys. I was fixing up my mom's house before purchasing it and had to deal with flooding and mold in the basement. I reached out to a few Mold Remediation places, but Tom won me over with his professionalism, thoroughness, and fantastic customer service. He actually walked around the house first to identify issues where water may penetrate the basement. He took photos and the report he ended up giving me was extremely thorough. If you have mold, you want somebody who is going to make sure it's done right. I was very happy with the results. They came on time. They communicated well. And the results speak for themselves. I felt like the air in the house was amazing. Before I had to wear a mask to go inside. The price was very fair and I couldn't recommend Tom and his team more.

Excellent work! Did a great job with remediation in our crawl space and throughout the rest of the house. Tom had great communication through the whole process working with the owner, tenant and property manager. I would work with his team again next time for sure.
